Gone Missing

She had a fresh shine, from that land
beyond place and time.
That land of green, where everything
screams Mine.

She alone, in her coven of one. She alone
coming undone. Where were they, her sisters?
Her lovers? Her brothers from other mothers?
Gone missing she guessed.

Do you need an old friend? asked a creepy fellow.
“No”, she said, “If I want to connect with old friends
I need a Ouija Board”
