Something in the Air
(2 points): Incorporate a song title by the group Tears for Fears (Pale Shelter)
(1 Point): Use the word “asunder”

Haikus inspired by a Terrace.
***********************
Something In the Air…
In this pale shelter,
there is something in the air…
ripe to cause a stir.
Majestic terrace,
benign views to nowhere…
let no man put asunder.
Palatable strife,
Invades calm serenity…
as man loses wife.
Honeymoon takes on,
a bitter taste of ego…
as two become one.
Beautiful things,
fleeting in their permanence…
like kites, without strings.
On wind, and on wave,
watch them go separate ways…
freedom at a cost.
