Virgin of the Stars
Daughter of Zeus
Mother of Men
She came upon the Golden age
Taking up Virgo’s Spica
Like a
Torch,
Seeping wisdom through
her veins.
She made no claims
to free homo sapiens
of their chains.
She did her best
under duress, with no success
Fleeing during the Iron age
and its’ evil ways.

No remorse.
Perhaps regret,
for mankind’s descent.
Gold to Silver
Bronze to Hero
How can we still
be struggling in
the dark?

Hark! Is that an Angel?
Feathered and light
Blinding and bright,
Gracing us once again?
Shall this new age
Be virtuous and fair,
Innocent and free?
A creation of heart
from the start.
There is hope,
there is faith.
A new beginning
again,
a new kind of zen.
Utopian
Justice
Balancing
Yang and Yin.
Mother of Men
